Housing and Houses
This substantial family home has been formed out of several generations of add-ons and extensions. Whilst impressive, spacious and practical it required an element to bring these spaces and the rear of the house together in a cohesive way.
Following the removal of the conservatory a large open garden terrace was formed cutting into the sloping rear garden. A colonnade of steel posts provides support to a green roof which encloses part of this space and provides enclosure to a new garden room and pergola structure.
