Residential
98 St Clement’s Street is a 3 storey Victorian building on one of Oxford main arterial routes to the city centre. The site is narrow and deep with the building filling the entire site. The project was to carry out a major refurbishment of the building which was in reasonable condition but tired and in need of a facelift. It has been let by the Dawson Trust, a local charitable foundation as student accommodation for several years. The proposal reconfigured the internal layout to provide en suite shower rooms for each bedroom and upgraded communal facilities.
